Yes, we operate a call-off system for companies with high turnover that can order quantity amounts for a discounted price. As staff are replaced or added to badges can be ordered through your account with no extra postage costs.

Artwork

Most of the time any artwork you provide us with will be accurately reproduced onto the name badge. Please be aware that any badge finish other than white can produce different effects to your colour scheme.

We trust that you own the rights to any designs, artwork, colours, layouts, arrangements, characters, etc. of your designs. In the event that there is a dispute from a third party, the customer assumes full responsibility for all claims and/or litigation arising from alleged infringement of licenses, patents or copyrights on any requested design or copy.

In some cases we may be able to supply you with a physical sample, please ask before ordering. Your final proof is normally enough to get an accurate representation of how your badge will look.

We can accept your name list by a Word document or Excel spreadsheet or simply email us your details and we will work from that. If you are reordering badges you can use the form on your account page.

We accept most formats, preferably an Illustrator .ai file with colour references and all text outlined. Generally if you have a .jpeg, .psd, .tiff, .bmp, .jpg, .gif, .png, .pdf, .doc, .docx we can work with these. Just send us what you have and we will advise you accordingly.

Each badge is individually packed in a biodegradable zip bag then, depending on the size of the order, either boxed or sent via padded envelope to arrive with you in perfect condition.

General Information

No, all of our badges are designed and manufactured in our workshop based in sunny Fife, all materials are sourced in the UK.

As long as your badges are not in production, then you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. If your badges are either in production or post production, or your order is a next day order, then unfortunately your order cannot be cancelled. Please visit our Refunds & Returns Policy Page here.

After gathering all the relevant information from you, size, colours, logo etc. we will send you 3 different designs to choose from. After that we can tweak your preferred design until you are happy with the result.

In some cases we may be able to offer a credit facility for your purchase, please contact us for more information.

Yes, apart from our standard pre-printed STAFF or VISITOR etc. you can have anything you like printed onto the lanyard of your choice.

As we produce our name badges digitally we do not need charge for setup also we do not have any artwork charges.

If you are a reseller or would like offer badges in your online shop please contact us for details, we can provide a full white label dropship service for your customers.

We import the personalisation that you send us into our production software (similar to a mail merge). If your list is correct, the badges will be correct. Because of this, we guarantee to produce your badges exactly as you have submitted them. If they are wrong, due to our error, we will replace them for free. Replacements are sent via Royal Mail.

It is recommended to keep the name badge magnet a minimum of 15cm away from items such as pacemakers or defibrillator implants. It is also advisable to keep such things as magnetic storage devices a similar distance away from the magnet. Badge Print cannot accept responsibility for the misuse or malfunctioning of any device that has been affected by the badge magnet.

All of our name badges come with a standard black pin fastening which is sufficient for most uses but we can also fit your badges with other fixings such as a magnet or plastic clip. Please choose your preference on the ordering page for a complete price.

As all badges are personalised we cannot offer a returns service, we provide a detailed proof before purchase to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing. If your badges are faulty please contact us within 7 days to resolve your problem.

All of our badges are printed on 0.5mm aluminium, our custom badges are backed with 1.5mm black styrene and our framed badges are produced using ABS plastic.
